TenantAssist.org wants to include your experience in our Annual Accountability Report.
Your tenant experiences are valuable.
This report is sent annually to oversight agencies and identifies properties that are not in compliance with HUD, Federal and State tenant laws. Share your story to be included in the Annual Accountability Report.
Tenants will remain anonymous. Property names and locations will be included to support transparency and accountability.
Choosing not to share your experience is not a condition of using our service. Sharing is completely optional.
Why This matters
Developers and property managers receive federal money.
With that money comes legal obligations — habitability, disability compliance, inspections, fair treatment, and timely repairs.
When they don’t follow the law, we document it.
And we send it to the people who can remove funding or intervene.
